The Ocean Waves collection is inspired by the magical feeling you get when you are by the sea. Each print holds a different message that will lift your mood and make you smile. Create your own gallery wall or place these prints around the home to help boost your mood each time you see them. Let the turquoise blues and glistening silver transport you to your favourite memories of being by the sea and allow the powerful and calming feelings to flood in.
This series of prints were created by Liz, founder of Slow Sunday, in her home studio in Bristol. Liz uses a unique papercut stencil and roller print technique to produce her lively and textured prints. The handmade artwork has then been scanned and digitally modified to create the perfect print. The artwork is digitally printed onto artist quality soft textured bright white cotton paper. The paper has a lovely quality and is thick and weighty at 225gsm.
Each print is then carefully hand finished with the addition of silver leaf which catches and reflects light beautifully and mimics the glistening sun on the surface of the ocean waves.
Each print is limited to an edition of just 50 prints, each one numbered, titled and signed by the artist.
Your print will be carefully packaged with a cardboard backing and placed inside a card backed envelope to ensure it arrives with you safely. The print itself will be wrapped in a bio-degradable and compostable ‘cellophane’ bag which has been made in the UK from vegetable starch. These bags can be placed in either a home or commercial compost bin and will break down to CO2 and water which can then be reused in the ecosystem to make new plants.

The prints are sold unframed and I highly recommend using a local framer to construct frames to fit your prints perfectly. However the prints will just about fit into a 30x30cm (12”X12”) frame.

Prices include UK post and packaging. UK delivery is usually by 1st Class Royal Mail. International delivery is by standard airmail. During this time orders will be dispatched 2-3 times a week.
