Refund policy

We always hope that you will love your Slow Sunday products, however if you are unhappy get in touch and we will arrange a refund or exchange.

Please notify us with your reason for requesting a refund or exchange at hello@slowsunday.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your product. You then have another 14 days to send the physical products back. (All limited edition products must be returned even if they are damaged.)

The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the product you ordered was faulty or damaged, you have the right to return it within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, all limited edition items must be returned even if they are damaged.

Post the products you wish to return in its original packaging. Postage costs both ways are non-refundable unless the return is because of a product fault or error on our part.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • 7+ days’ notice – Full refund or option to reschedule
  • Less than 7 days’ notice – No refund or reschedule, full payment taken
